Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 24, 2026, in Tallahassee, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current Florida Occupational Therapy license.
• At least 1 year of recent SNF occupational therapy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACOTE accredited institution.

Skills

• Skilled in assessment and treatment of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments.
