About the role
Provides direct care to patients in a behavioral health unit setting. Works in an acute care hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Assesses patient needs and develops treatment plans
- Administers medications as prescribed
- Maintains accurate patient records
- Communicates with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in a behavioral health setting
- BLS certification
- Recent (within last year) experience in an acute care hospital setting
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license

- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
