Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
- Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Current, valid Washington state professional license as an Occupational Therapist
