Travel Sales Support Specialist

About the role

Shroff Travel is recruiting a Travel Sales Support Specialist to work across air tickets, tours, travel products, reservations, customer service, sales support, and travel operations. In this position, you will support travel sales opportunities, customer follow-up, quotes, and booking handoffs. This is a full-time, 100% remote role open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Respond to travel inquiries and gather destination, date, traveler, budget, and preference information.
• Research approved travel options and prepare clear quotes or proposal information for customer review.
• Maintain lead, customer, quote, and follow-up status accurately in the CRM across ticketing, tours, and travel sales.
• Follow up on open travel inquiries and answer routine questions about proposed options.
• Coordinate confirmed customer choices with booking or operations teams for accurate handoff.
• Track sales activity, conversion status, common requests, and follow-up commitments.

Requirements

• Strong customer communication, sales support, travel research, and follow-up skills.
• Comfort using CRM, travel, email, spreadsheet, and quote or proposal tools.
• Ability to explain travel options clearly without misrepresenting pricing or availability.
• Good organization and attention to traveler details and follow-up deadlines.
• Professional, service-oriented communication with prospective travelers.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$62,000 - $71,000 per year
