About the Role
Billingsley Travel Agency is hiring a Travel Sales Specialist to strengthen commercial follow-through across family and group leisure travel, cruises, all-inclusive trips, theme parks, sports travel, weddings, and honeymoons. The role focuses on travel sales specialized execution within family travel operations, ensuring confirmed facts are separated from assumptions and unresolved questions.
Responsibilities
- Own the Travel Sales Specialist workflow by keeping CRM or account notes current.
- Coordinate workflow by ensuring confirmed opportunities are handed off without losing context.
- Review workflow by capturing traveler or account requirements clearly.
- Maintain workflow by preparing accurate supporting information for quotes.
- Track workflow by managing follow-up dates and open decisions.
Requirements
- Use Needs Assessment and Pipeline Support confidently in travel sales execution.
- Apply Relationship Management without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document Theme Park Travel Support decisions clearly for team reference.
- Use sound judgment around Opportunity Tracking, especially when escalation is needed.
Working Standard
Success means commercial follow-through is current, exceptions have owners, and another authorized teammate can continue the work without reconstructing the history. This is measured through travel sales specialized execution within family travel operations.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
