TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU (Pediatric Registered Respiratory Therapist) for a travel position in Greenville, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Administer to patients a variety of simple and complex respiratory and cardiology modalities
• Maintain appropriate patient records and documentation
• Clean, disinfect, assemble, calibrate, and maintain respiratory and cardiology equipment and accessories
• Evaluate equipment for proper and safe function; report malfunctions to director
• Perform arterial puncture and analyze samples according to procedure guidelines
• Interact with co-workers, nurses, physicians, and other hospital personnel to optimize continuum of care
• Respond to emergent situations requiring respiratory support

Requirements

• 1 year of recent acute care experience (2 years may be required per specific assignment)
• NBRC-RRT certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
