About the role

This is a 13-week assignment with night shifts (19:00 - 07:30), scheduled as three 12-hour shifts per week. The facility uses Epic for charting and is a Level 1 trauma center with 681 beds, including Magnet designation.

Pay

$2,183 to $2,376 weekly, including taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience
• Certifications: CRT, RRT, BLS

• Aerosol set up (mask and trach)
• Albuterol, Atrovent, Combivent, Flovent, Pulmicort, Spiriva, Tobramycin, Xopenex
• BiPAP, CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
• Bronchoscopy assistance
• Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)
• Intubation assist, extubation
• Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI), Medihaler, hand-held nebulizers
• Nasal airway placement and suctioning
• Oral airway placement, oral/nasal suctioning
• Tracheostomy care/management (fresh tracheostomy, trach collar)

• Chest physiotherapy (vest and manual), pulmonary hygiene
• Sputum specimen collection
• Ultrasonic nebulizer use
• Bag-and-mask ventilation, oxygen tanks
• Conditions: ARDS, aspiration, COVID, cystic fibrosis
• Drawing arterial blood gases
