Schedule
- 13-week assignment
- Night shift: 19:00 - 07:30
- 3x 12-hour shifts per week

Responsibilities & Skills
- Adult Critical Care
- Emergency Department
- Extubation
- Intubation Assist
- Nasal airway placement and suctioning
- Oral airway placement and suctioning
- Sputum specimen collection
- Tracheostomy care/management
- Bronchoscopy
- Administration of respiratory medications (Albuterol, Atrovent, Bicarbonate, Combivent, Flovent, Inhaled Flolan, Inhaled steroids, Isuprel, Lidocaine, Mucomyst, Nitric Oxide (INo), Perforomist, Pulmicort, Racemic epinephrine, Spiriva, Terbutaline Sulfate, Theophylline, Tobramycin, Xopenex)
- Aerosol setups (mask, trach, Medihaler, Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI), Cold, Hand held, Heated, Ultrasonic, T-piece, Trach collar)
- High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
- BiPAP, Flow-by, CPAP, CPAP/Nasal CPAP/BIPAP
- Troubleshooting high pressure alarms
- Weaning from mechanical ventilation
- Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)
Requirements
- 1 year of experience
- Certifications: BLS, PALS, RRT, ACLS
