Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory treatments and monitor patient conditions
• Set up and manage aerosol equipment
• Administer medications and nebulizers
• Assist with intubations and extubations
• Provide chest physiotherapy and suctioning
• Monitor and troubleshoot ventilators
• Interpret and document arterial blood gas results
• Manage tracheostomy care
• Support emergency department procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Current RRT certification
• Valid California license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Basic Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
