About the Role

Responsible for providing respiratory and neuro diagnostic services at a teaching hospital. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and certification in BLS and RRT.

Responsibilities

• Perform adult critical care procedures such as bag and mask, BiPAP, CPAP, emergency department interventions, ET tube management, extubation, hand-held devices, high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), intubation assist, nasal airway placement, suctioning (ETT, NT), T-piece, trach collar, tracheostomy care/management, troubleshooting high pressure alarms, weaning from mechanical ventilation, and long term care experience.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the Epic charting system.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in respiratory or neurodiagnostic roles.
• BLS and RRT certifications required.

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in adult critical care, respiratory, and neurodiagnostic areas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
