About the Role

Responsible for providing respiratory and neuro diagnostic services at a teaching hospital. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and specific certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform adult critical care procedures such as albuterol administration, arterial punctures, and bag and mask ventilation.
• Interpret arterial blood gases and troubleshoot high pressure alarms.
• Assist with intubation and provide emergency department support.
• Use various equipment including BiPAP, CPAP, HFNC, and oxygen tanks.
• Provide pulmonary hygiene and administer medications like Mucomyst, Pulmicort, and Racemic epinephrine.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team in a teaching hospital setting.

Requirements

• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, CRT or RRT.
• Experience in adult critical care, respiratory diagnostics, and neurodiagnostics.
• Knowledge of adult critical care procedures and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
