About the role

Aya Healthcare is seeking a Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics professional to join their team in Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests and procedures related to respiratory and neurological health.
• Interpret test results and provide appropriate patient care based on findings.
• Document patient assessments and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics.
• Current certification in Respiratory Therapy or Neuro Diagnostic Technology.
• Knowledge of the Epic charting system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficiency in using the Epic charting system.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
