Pay

$1,929 to $2,121 weekly. Pay listed includes taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements.

Schedule

• 13-week assignment
• 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts (10:30 AM – 11:00 PM)

Responsibilities & Skills

• Adult Critical Care
• Aerosol set up (mask and trach)
• Albuterol, Atrovent, Flovent, Lidocaine, Mucomyst, Pulmicort, Racemic epinephrine, Spiriva, Tobramycin, Xopenex administration
• Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI) and T-piece management
• Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)
• Intubation assist and extubation
• Nasal airway placement and suctioning
• Oral airway placement and oral/nasal suctioning
• High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), BiPAP, CPAP, and IMV (Intermittent Mandatory Ventilation)
• Assist in high-risk delivery and bag-and-mask ventilation
• Chest physiotherapy and sputum specimen collection
• Tracheostomy care/management, trach collar, and weaning from mechanical ventilation
• Troubleshooting high-pressure alarms
• Drawing arterial blood gases
• Management of ARDS, aspiration, COVID, pneumonia, and respiratory distress syndrome
• Bicarbonate administration
• Ultrasonic and hand-held nebulizer use

Requirements

• 1 year of experience
• Active certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT
