Travel RN Step-Down PCU - $2,053 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Stepdown unit assignment in Springfield, Missouri.

About the role

This 13-week travel assignment begins July 13, 2026. The schedule is 12-hour night shifts with a total of 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate-level ICU care in a Stepdown/PCU unit
• Stand and walk for most of the shift
• Assist with patient mobility, including bending, stooping, lifting, and turning patients
• Perform tasks requiring pushing, pulling, and gripping up to 50 lbs., and pinching up to 15 lbs.
• Work in conditions with potential exposure to blood and body fluids

Requirements

• Current RN license (eligible or currently licensed in Missouri)
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience in an inpatient setting
• Ability to meet unit-specific physical demands

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of ICU experience
• Team-oriented personality

Pay
