ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Level 2 Special Care Nursery (NICU) position in Edison, New Jersey. This is a 13-week travel contract with a start date of ASAP.
The Registered Nurse in the Level 2 Special Care Nursery is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. The nurse will plan, implement, and document nursing care based on the patients' needs, identifying priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. In this role, the nurse will develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care for assigned patients through ongoing assessments. They will perform therapeutic nursing interventions, manage the care of patients, and document care based on standards of care and practice. Advocating for evidence-based practice care standards is essential, as is providing patient-centric care in alignment with the professional nursing practice model.

Schedule
- 3 shifts per week, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (12-hour day shifts)
- Every other weekend as needed
- No on-call duties
- 36 hours per week
Responsibilities
