About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care/Rehabilitation team. Our facility is an 80-bed inpatient rehabilitation environment focusing on the treatment and recovery of patients who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. As an RN, you will provide customized and individualized rehabilitation care throughout our patients' recovery journeys.

Responsibilities

• Administer acute care and rehabilitation services to patients recovering from trauma, stroke, neurological conditions, and orthopedic injuries.
• Perform IV starts, manage feeding tubes, ostomies, and wound care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and best practices in patient care.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Experience in acute care settings; rehab experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts, days (07:00 - 19:00)
• 36 hours per week
