About the Role

FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution – offers premium compensation and maximum flexibility for experienced Registered Nurses (RNs). This position involves filling short and long-term assignments throughout the health system, with nationwide and regional opportunities available. RNs must be willing to float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and regions.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, and PCU.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties, including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health.
• Required credentials per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association.

Pay

Base pay rate: $56.00 per hour (not including applicable differentials and travel stipend). Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. The pay range may vary based on location.

For this assignment at Samaritan Hospital: Gross weekly rate of $3,440.00 for 40 hours per week over a 13-week period, with day shifts starting immediately.
