About the Role

FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution – offers premium compensation and maximum flexibility for experienced Registered Nurses (RNs). This role involves filling short and long-term assignments throughout the health system, with nationwide and regional opportunities available. You will float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and regions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions.
• Apply and demonstrate standard elements of professional practice: assess, outcomes identification/solutions, plan, implement, and evaluate.
• Act independently and appropriately within your license, scope of knowledge, and experience.
• Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, and PCU.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties, including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health.
• Required credentials per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc.).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association.

Pay

Gross weekly rate: $2,520.

Schedule

• 13-week assignments.
• 3x12-hour shifts (day shift).
