Travel RN Perioperative Circulator - Adult Surgery - $2,452 per week

Key Responsibilities

• Congduct patient assessments and obtain surgical histories
• Education patients and families on surgical procedures and post-op care
• Verify preoperative checklists and consents
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure all surgical instruments are available and accounted for
• Monitor patient vitals and advocate for patient safety during surgery
• Document intraoperative care accurately
• Monitor and assess patients in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
• Manage pain, monitor vital signs, and observe for complications
• Communicate recovery plans and discharge instructions to patients and families

Requirements

• Current RN license in Oklahoma
• Experience in OR setting preferred
• Knowledge of infection control practices and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, Joint Commission)
• Ability to adhere to hospital policies and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development

Pay

Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
