About the unit
6TN at Centennial Medical Center (2300 Patterson St, Nashville, TN 37203). 29-bed unit. Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Staffing: Night shift – 1 Charge (out of staffing), 5 on tele, 3 on stepdown side. Patient ratios: 4:1 on Tele, 3:1 on Stepdown. EMR: Meditech.

Typical procedures performed
- Recovering Cath lab patients: stents, pacemakers, mitraclips, micrapacers, valve replacements
- Managing cardiac drips
- Management of heart failure patients

Schedule
Every other weekend. No on-call shifts.
Dress code
Scrub colors: Galaxy blue, Ceil Blue, Black, and Red.
