About the role
Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for an outpatient surgery position in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Pre-op Nurse for surgical and interventional radiology patients.
- EPIC experience and Level I Trauma preferred.
- No weekends, no major holidays, no call requirements.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience.
- Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques and procedures.
- Ability to organize, plan, coordinate and evaluate nursing services and apply nursing techniques.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.
- Some computer skills.
Qualifications
- Required Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Required Certification & Licensure: Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).
- Required Certification & Licensure: Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association.
- Required Certification & Licensure: ACLS (American Heart Association).
