Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a travel nursing job in Wichita, Kansas. The assignment lasts 13 weeks and is scheduled to start on October 18, 2026. The role is for an Oncology RN working 12‑hour day shifts, 48 hours per week at a Level 1 trauma facility.

Requirements

• Licensure and Certifications: Nursys license; License/Certificate verification.
• Professional and Onboarding Requirements: Education attestation; Nursing contract worker onboarding; Nova StatStrip; Badge photo; Cerner test‑out; Criminal background check results; EPLS; Profile; 2 professional references; Skills checklist; Education verification; Confirmation of assignment; Employment verification; Driver's license/state ID.
• Health and Personal Requirements: MMR; Fit test; Hepatitis B; Influenza vaccine; Health statement; 2‑step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot); Varicella; Tdap; 11‑panel drug screen.
• Optional: Positive PPD with negative chest X‑ray and annual TB questionnaire; Unit specific checklist; Name change document.
• Note: Candidate may need to float to similar units on the same or another campus within Wichita.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 48.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates; actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and may change during the assignment.
