Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 8-week assignment in Florence, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Assist physicians during childbirth and monitor labor progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Alabama.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Basic computer skills for electronic health records (EHR).
