We’re seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead clinical operations, support nursing staff, and drive quality patient care in an acute-care hospital setting in Lodi, CA.
Responsibilities

- Mentor and support nursing staff
- Drive quality patient care initiatives
- Manage staffing and scheduling
- Oversee team development, quality, and patient safety
Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience
- Acute-care hospital nursing experience
- Previous leadership/management experience
- Epic EMR experience (required)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Nursing leadership certification (preferred)
