Travel RN Medical/Surgical Telemetry - $2,462 per week
About the role
Access Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 12-week assignment in West Burlington, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members.
- Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing.
- Provides high quality care to the following patient populations: Geriatric, Medical/Surgical, Adult, and Telemetry.
- Positions available on Medical Surgical Unit and Telemetry Unit.
Requirements
- ACLS Required.
- EPIC EMR Experience in a like unit within the last 12 months Required.
- Candidate may be required to float to our Fort Madison or Henry County campus at times.
- If called in, the traveler is expected to be able to respond and arrive on-site within one hour.
Qualifications
- 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts.
- Basic Dysrhythmia Test Out must be passed first week of assignment.
Skills
- Knowledge of telemetry strips.
Benefits
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
