Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
• Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Arizona
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred

Qualifications

• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Schedule
