About the role

This position is for a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) working in Med/Surg/Tele units at night shifts in Germantown, TN.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess patients' conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety.

Requirements

• BLS and NIHSS certifications required.
• 2 years of recent experience in Med/Surg/Tele units.
• Ratio: 1:6/7, transitioning to team nursing with LPNs.
• On-call as needed.
• Weekend requirement: As needed, rotation.
• Open to accommodating block schedule.
• No locals accepted within a 100-mile radius.
• Not accepting first-time applicants or those requiring on-call weekends.
• Travel requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Telemetry skills preferred.

• IV start skills preferred.
