About the role
Average work schedule is 3 shifts of 12 hours each per week, rotating weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a medical surgical unit.
- Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
Requirements
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required within 6 months of start date.
- Recent experience in Med Surg.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current RN license in Oklahoma.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
