Travel RN Long-Term Care/SNF - $2,292 per week

About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Care (LTC) at Creighton, Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor and document resident health status.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care planning.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in long-term care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of LTC regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
