Travel RN Long-Term Care/SNF - $2,001 per week

About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Care (LTC) in Charlevoix, Michigan. The position offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting
• Assist with daily living activities as needed
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Perform medication administration and other therapeutic procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in long-term care preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in computer systems and software
• Knowledge of long-term care protocols and standards
