About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 12-week assignment in Long Term Care (LTC) in La Follette, Tennessee. The position offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents
• Assist with daily living activities
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in TN
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred
