Requirements

• ICU experience required
• No block schedule requests, 48 hour can be considered but not guaranteed
• Orientation Weekly
• Licensed to practice in the state of Arizona
• Accredited by the Joint Commission
• Community hospital and regional referral center
• Certified Chest Pain Center Level Trauma 3
• Close to major cities: Las Vegas- 2.5 hours drive, Phoenix- 3.25 hours drive, Grand Canyon National Park- 3.5 hours, Los Angeles or San Diego, CA- 5 hour drive

Pay Package
