Ready for your next ICU challenge? Take your critical-care skills to Arizona for a 13-week night-shift assignment. Join a high-acuity nursing team caring for complex patients, including those recovering from cardiac procedures and those experiencing respiratory failure, sepsis, DKA, AKI, and unstable arrhythmias. Assignment Highlights Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM12-hour shifts with call requirements13-week contract starting November 2, 2026Critical-care ratios as low as 2:1Broad clinical exposure: ICU, cardiac, and complex medical casesNo more than 3 days of time off may be requested during the contract Your Responsibilities Manage ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and high-flow oxygen therapy.Initiate and titrate vasopressors, sedatives, and other critical-care medications.Perform hemodynamic and telemetry monitoring and interpretation.Manage sepsis, central lines, arterial lines, and chest tubes.Administer blood products and support patients with complex, rapidly changing conditions.Float to Med-Surg, Telemetry, Step-Down, and Observation units as needed. Requirements Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, including critical-care experienceActive RN licenseStrong experience with ventilator management, drips, and hemodynamic monitoringCurrent critical-care competencies and ability to manage high-acuity patientsAvailability for night shifts, call, and holiday coverageFlu vaccination required; no exceptionsPermanent residence must be more than 100 miles from the facility Ready to take the next step?
