Responsibilities

• Assisting in surgical procedures by providing quality nursing care to patients.
• Monitoring patient vitals and responses during surgery.
• Collaborating with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to safety protocols.
• Educating patients and their families about post-operative care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in the Operating Room (OR) setting.
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required.
• Active Michigan state nursing license at time of submission.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Shift length: 8 hours, days
• Total weekly hours: 40 hours guaranteed
