About the Role

This role is for a Registered Nurse working in the Operating Room (OR) with responsibilities focused on providing exceptional perioperative patient care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and policies
• Apply the nursing process including assessment and evaluation
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and OR staff
• Support patient flow, continuity of care, and unit efficiency
• Participate in quality improvement activities and serve as a resource for staff

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of perioperative experience
• Current and valid RN license in Nevada
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Effective communication skills in English (spoken and written)
