Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with standards and policies
- Utilize the nursing process (assessment, evaluation)
- Coordinate with surgical team including surgeons and anesthesiologists
- Direct OR staff
- Support patient flow and unit efficiency
- Participate in improvement activities
- Serve as a resource for staff
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year perioperative experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Current Nevada RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
