Job Details: Job Title: Pediatric Stepdown Registered Nurse Location: Baltimore, MD Setting: Hospital Pay Range: 2028.36 - 2129.78 Schedule: 07:00 - 19:30 (Rotating) Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Travel Requirements: RN MD state license, BLS required, 2 years current experience, pediatric experience with skills required including trach and ventilator management, first-time travelers accepted Responsibilities: Provide specialized pediatric stepdown care for patients with conditions such as TBI, spinal cord injury, GSW, MVA, burns, feeding disorders, and more Manage trach and ventilator care in a rehab setting that excludes PCU Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients and families Adhere to patient ratios of 1:4 and participate in rotating day/night shifts Float within the department and to the Largo campus as needed, including weekends and holidays Why Choose VyTalent Solutions?
