Travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

About the Role

This position involves providing advanced respiratory care in a travel capacity. You will collaborate with healthcare teams, perform diagnostic tests, and educate patients and families in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced respiratory care to patients
• Assess and treat patients with pulmonary disorders
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Perform diagnostic tests and operate respiratory equipment
• Monitor and maintain equipment functionality
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and therapies
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Examine patients and administer prescribed therapies

Requirements

• One year of recent Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) experience
• NBRC credential
• Valid state license
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS or PALS certifications
