Role & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with respiratory needs, particularly in NICU settings, ensuring optimal care and compliance with certifications.
• Provide respiratory therapy treatments, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of Registered Respiratory Therapist experience
• At least 1 year of recent NICU respiratory experience
• Current Respiratory - NICU certification in the practicing state
• Basic Life Support certification

Key Duties

• Perform respiratory assessments, administer therapies, and support NICU patients.
• Represent the healthcare team professionally, adhering to agency values and standards.
