- Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans
- Assess and treat patients
- Perform diagnostic tests

- Work with healthcare teams to ensure quality care
Qualifications & Skills
- One year of recent RRT experience
- NBRC credential
- Valid state license
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred certifications include ACLS or PALS
- Critical thinking
- Excellent communication
- Physical strength
- Technical skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Visual acuity and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
