Travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced respiratory care for patients with pulmonary and critical illnesses.
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients independently.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans.
• Perform diagnostic tests, administer therapies, set up and operate respiratory equipment.
• Document patient progress.
• Educate patients and families.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care.

Qualifications & Skills

• One year of recent RRT experience.
• NBRC RRT credential.
• Valid state license.
• Current BLS certification.
• PREFERRED: ACLS or PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, effective communication, physical strength for equipment handling, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Essential proficiency in reading, writing, and technical skills.
