Health Carousel - Travel Allied is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a position in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer treatments such as nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory therapies.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain equipment and supplies in good working order.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the state of Connecticut.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to respiratory therapy.

Skills

• Knowledge of respiratory diseases and their management.
• Experience with respiratory therapy equipment and techniques.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with a start date of July 27, 2026, and a duration of 26 weeks.
