About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Anchorage, Alaska.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care services to patients under the supervision of a physician.
- Perform diagnostic procedures and administer treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the state of Alaska.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- ACBT certification preferred.
Skills
- Proficient in using respiratory therapy equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with a start date of August 3, 2026.
