Travel Respiratory Therapist - NICU - $2,142 per week

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU for a position in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Start date: 10/12/2026. Duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week. Employment type: Travel. Specialty: Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU. Discipline: Allied Health Professional. The Respiratory Therapist will provide care in a 40-bed Level IV NICU, floating between neonatal and pediatric units as needed. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Level 3 NICU or PICU and involves working with critically ill and extremely premature infants and children.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory procedures including Bubble CPAP, CPAP/Nasal CPAP/BIPAP, Intubation Assist, and Extubation.
• Administer treatments and monitor patient responses in both NICU and pediatric settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a Level 3 NICU or PICU.
• Current Pennsylvania Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License.
• Valid certifications: RRT, BLS, NRP required; PALS preferred.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 12 hours, nights; Night 4x12-Hour Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; 36 hours per week.
