Travel Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) - $2,201 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Buffalo, New York.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to patients under the direction of a physician.
• Administer treatments such as nebulizers, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
• Assess patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of New York.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced life support (ACLS) and/or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of respiratory care techniques.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
