Travel Respiratory Therapist (CRT)

About the role

Join us as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to provide vital respiratory care and support to patients with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and adjusting treatment plans under physician or RRT guidance
• Assessing patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary issues
• Performing diagnostics, administering treatments, and monitoring equipment
• Educating patients and families on proper therapy and device use
• Recording patient progress and ensuring equipment functionality

Requirements

• At least one year of recent CRT experience
• NBRC-certified CRT credential
• Valid state licensing and current BLS certification

Skills

• Critical thinking and excellent interpersonal communication
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and PC skills
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
• Effective teamwork and professionalism
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
