Travel Respiratory Therapist (CRT)

About the Role

Provide respiratory care to patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions through routine and emergency interventions. Support includes delivering treatments, monitoring equipment, assisting with treatment plans, performing diagnostics, educating patients and families, and recording patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory treatments to patients
• Monitor and maintain respiratory equipment
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Perform diagnostic procedures related to respiratory care
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health and equipment use
• Record and document patient progress and interventions

Requirements

• One year of recent Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) experience
• Active NBRC credential
• Valid state license for respiratory therapy
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
