About the role
Greenstaff Medical US-Allied is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Syracuse, New York.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care services to patients under the supervision of a physician.
- Perform diagnostic procedures such as arterial blood gas analysis, pulse oximetry, and peak flow monitoring.
- Administer medications via nebulizer, inhalers, and other devices as prescribed.
- Assess patient needs and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and results accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
Requirements
- CRT/RRT certification.
- BLS certification.
- NY State License.
- NBRCP (Pediatric Respiratory Care Practice) experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Current BLS certification.
- NY State License.
- NBRCP (Pediatric Respiratory Care Practice) experience is a plus.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in respiratory therapy.
