Travel Respiratory Therapist - $2,927 per week

Location: Brighton, Massachusetts. Start Date: October 19, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Hours: 36 per week. Shift: Nights, 12‑hour shifts.

About the role

Inpatient respiratory therapy setting in a hospital requiring Level 1 or 2 trauma and NICU Level 3 experience. Night shift, 12‑hour shifts (6:45 p.m.–7:15 a.m.), 36 hours per week, every other weekend and every other holiday required. Participates in Code Blue team response, makes ventilator decisions based on patient assessment and lab results, and utilizes lung‑protective ventilation strategies.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Massachusetts Respiratory Care license (if applicable)
• Minimum 3+ years of recent experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma facility
• NICU Level 3 experience
• Adult critical care experience
• Familiarity with lung‑protective ventilation strategies

Qualifications

• NPS and/or ACCS certification preferred
