Responsibilities

• Respiratory treatments
• ABGs
• EKGs
• BiPAP/CPAP management
• Ventilator management
• Intubation assistance (not independent intubation)
• Insert King Airway during emergencies until provider arrives
• Accurate and timely Cerner documentation
• Dress Code—Dark Green Scrubs
• Call & Floating—None

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year
• Licenses Required: Yes
• Required Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), PALS (AHA), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) via NBRCC

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or have valid work authorization
• Must be able to pass a background check

Schedule

• Shift Length: 12 hours
• Shift: Nights (1800–0600)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend (rotating)
• Holiday Requirement: 2 of 3 winter holidays and every other holiday
